This page explains how to request the deletion of the personal data that ZDZCloud processes on the zdzcloud.com.br website and in its apps — including when you use login or integrations from third-party platforms such as Facebook (Meta) and Google. It fulfills the right to erasure provided by Brazil's LGPD (art. 18, VI) and the data-deletion instructions requirement of Meta's developer platforms.
1. What data we may hold about you

2. How to request deletion
- Send an e-mail to dpo@zdzcloud.com.br with the subject "Data deletion".
- Write from the same e-mail address linked to your account (or tell us which e-mail/account you want deleted). That is how we confirm the request is yours, with no additional documents required.
- If you wish, specify the scope: everything, or just one specific item (for example, only the audio message, or only the connection to one platform).
The request is free of charge and requires no justification.
3. What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 72 business hours.
- We complete the deletion within 15 days and notify you when it is done.
- We erase your account data, recordings, messages, and integration credentials (tokens) — the latter are also revoked with the provider.
- We may retain only what the law requires or allows (LGPD, art. 16) — for example, access logs required by Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet — for the legally mandated period, and nothing beyond that.
4. If you used Facebook (Meta) login or integrations
In addition to the e-mail request, you can revoke the app's access on the platform itself:
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites;
- find the ZDZCloud app and tap Remove — this cuts off the app's access to your data on Meta;
- to also erase what is already in our systems, submit the request described in section 2 (removal on Meta does not, by itself, erase the data we have already received).
For Google integrations, the equivalent path is myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections.
