Is ZDZCloud a consultancy or a product company?+
Both. We are a São Paulo software house with 10+ years of experience, and today also a house of proprietary AI products. We build custom software and have a product line of our own.
Where does my data live?+
On your infrastructure, when you choose on-premise or self-hosted. No vendor lock-in — you keep control of the data and the code.
Does your AI send my data outside?+
When a product uses an LLM, it can run locally (Ollama), with private inference isolated per client — the data never goes to a third-party cloud. And ZDZAIShield exists precisely to block (HTTP 403) sensitive data from being sent to public AIs.
Do all products have AI?+
No — and we tell you where there is and where there isn't. Where there is runtime AI, we point it out; where it is deterministic, on the roadmap, or only part of the build process, we say so. Every product carries an honest badge showing where the AI actually is.
How does the guarantee work?+
A triple guarantee, in writing: Sprint 1 risk-free (if the first sprint doesn't deliver what was agreed, we refund 100% of your investment), bug fixes for 90 days and a friendly exit, with no penalty.
How long until the first delivery?+
Kickoff within 15 days and a first working delivery in 2 weeks. You see software running early, not a promise for six months from now.
Do I own the code?+
Yes. The code goes to production and it is yours, with no vendor lock-in.
How does this comply with the LGPD?+
By design: data minimization, PII encryption (AES-256), legal basis and provenance. In ZDZDataVerse, we work only with aggregated public data — never exposing individual records.
How do you use AI to build software?+
With an AI agent factory that performs real work with human approval between phases, and we measure cost in tokens per story. Pet Planner, for example, was built by a pipeline of 10 agents across 7 phases.
